We aren’t here to glue you to a rigid diet plan, we’re here to help you cultivate sustainable and empowering changes and to educate so that you can make informed decisions in line with your goals and needs.

Nutrition 101 (€175)

This is the starting point of all of the services we offer. Here your nutritionist/ dietitian will gain an understanding of your lifestyle,  responsibilities, goals and any previous dietary experiences. You will be provided with some practical tips that will help you to implement immediate change that is in line with your goals.

 

What you can expect:

  • 60-minute consultation
  • A full diet history
  • Lifestyle factor considerations
  • Medical history
  • Training load analysis
  • Actionable points, feedback notes and resources specific to your needs, goals and preferences within 5 working days post-consultation.

 

This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of not seeing results
  • If you feel lost and not sure where to start when it comes to your dietary needs
  • You have an understanding of nutrition but need a point in the right direction to aid your success with your goals
  • You’re a youth athlete and want to understand how nutrition can help you
  • You want a no nonsense approach to nutrition that is backed by science and shaped by your needs

 

Follow on sessions are available as needed too.

Longer term support options

The Support System (12 weeks, €330)

This includes:

  • 1 x 60-minute initial consultation and follow up notes and resources as needed
  • 2 x 30-minute follow-up consultations and feedback notes (@week 6 and week 12)
  • Empowering, sustainable and educational advice
  • NK recipes that are easy, enjoyable and that your friends and family will love too

Optimise Your Potential (12 weeks, €549)

This package provides you with accountability, support and ongoing guidance through additional email support and check-ins.

This option includes:

  • 1 x 60-minute initial consultation, follow up notes and resources
  • 2 x 30-minute follow-up consultations with feedback notes and resources (@ Weeks 6 and 12)
  • Empowering, sustainable and educational advice
  • NK recipes that are easy, enjoyable and that your friends and family will love too
  • Bi-weekly email support

These 3 month support packages are the right fit for anyone who:

  • Has an ambitious goal or is coming back from an injury
  • Needs someone to hold you accountable
  • Has a poor understanding of your needs
  • Has a history of struggling with nutrition

Please note: Our support options can be paid in monthly installments or  up front depending on your preference. Should you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the cost of that session. Installments/ payments must be paid ahead of your consultations.
